One of the worlds oldest and most renowned luxury Teddy Bear makers, German originated Steiff has been established now for over 100 years, and 2012 is the year it celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Steiff club. Babs and Steve said: "We are so happy that out loyal and dedicated customers will now be able to join and become a Steiff Club member at Teddy Station and enjoy a whole host of benefits in their home town".
Some of these exclusive benefits include annual special gifs for members only, lots of information about Steiff, the latest literature and exclusive Club editions of Teddy Bears. Members will also get the chance to talk to other Steiff enthusiasts and make new friends at Club events, of which two are now already fixed on the Teddy Bear Social calendar. The first is on Thursday 26th April at 5.30 and the second on Thursday 1st November at 5.30 at the shop in Southend.
At this year’s April event the entire spring collection of bears will be on display alongside the screening of a short Steiff film. There will also be a free raffle with a Steiff prize as well as free Steiff giveaways, subject to availability.
